Humber Health Specialist Inc. as of June 2014 is launching a division of its business that will offer Independent Medical Assessments. The IMEs will service third party payers, such as Motor Vehicle Insurers, for their requests for various independent medical evaluations.
The assessments will be provided by a variety of health professionals including primary care providers, such as, general practice Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.
Assessments will also be provided by medical specialists, such as, Physiatrists (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation), Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurologists, Rheumatologists and Psychiatrists.
This expansion of services allows Humber Health Specialists Inc. to further its corporate strategy of breaking into the medical and rehabilitation industry.
