PinPoint Health’s weight management program is a 6-week course that translates the latest nutrition and exercise science into practical steps. It will help you analyze your diet and make sustainable changes to transform your goals into reality. Overall, you will learn that it doesn’t take a lot of work to create healthful meals and snacks, and a little planning can go a long way.
This program is supervised by Dr. James Yoon, ND. Each week, your body composition will be measured, and any concerns or questions you may have in regard to the program material will be discussed in further detail. If you are interested, you may also purchase nutraceutical supplements to help with your weight management goals, at an additional cost.
